Clinical Records Requested
If your pet appears eligible, we'll ask for details of your regular veterinary practice and request the relevant clinical history for review.

Veterinary Record Review
An RCVS-registered veterinary surgeon reviews the available clinical records to determine whether sufficient information exists to proceed with a consultation.

Consultation Invitation
Suitable cases receive an invitation to book a telephone or video consultation at a convenient time once the clinical history is received from your registered vet.

Veterinary Consultation
During the consultation, we'll discuss your pet's medical history, current treatment, response to medication and any monitoring requirements.

Prescription Assessment and Issue
Following the consultation, a prescribing decision is made. Where clinically appropriate, a written prescription will be issued together with any relevant advice or recommendations.
